She made her Bollywood debut in Hindi films with movie name English Vinglish (2012) in a supporting role to Sridevi.
In the year 2013, she appeared in two Hindi movies named Rangrezz and Fukrey. Song ‘Ambarsariya’ from Fukrey became very popular.
Since 2014, she is active in Tamil films only and had three releases in 2014, Arima Nambi, Irumbu Kuthirai, Oru Oorla Rendu Raja.
In 2015, her two Tamil movies are going to release those are, Vai Raja Vai & an untitled Anand Shankar film.
